Terms of Sale are summarised below. Please review and bid accordingly.
A 16% plus VAT Buyer’s Premium will be added to all bids
UK VAT (sales tax) at 20% will apply to all lots
Sale Currency: £ (GBP)
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: WIRE TRANSFER. CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS (AMEX NOT ACCEPTED), NO BUSINESS OR PERSONAL CHEQUES.
PAYMENT DEADLINE: All invoices must be PAID IN FULL within three days following auction completion (21st Sept. 2018).
COLLECTIONS: All sold lots will be moved to a landside storage location near Heathrow Terminal 1. The majority of lots will be passed to Mail Boxes Etc. to coordinate shipping with the winning bidder (at their expense). Collections for larger items will occur from Terminal 1 and is strictly by prior appointment only (indicated in the lot description). All collections are subject to prior arrangements with our on-site project management team.
COLLECTION DEADLINE: 04/10/2018
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Buyer has sole responsibility for arranging shipment of items bought. All sales are final – NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

If Exporting outside the UK then please contact us for the relevant export declaration forms, which must be completed in accordance with UK regulations in order for the VAT to be refunded.
