All invoices must be PAID IN FULL by the close of business on Monday following the auction.
REMOVAL: Typically, three days following the close of auction for small items, and two weeks for large items. Please Email us with any questions or concerns about the removal time window.
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All sales are final – NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

For example, if you are the winning bidder at a final close (hammer) price of $1,000, then a BP of 12.5% will be added as well as a GST of 10%. Your calculation would be thus: $1,000 plus the Buyer’s Premium ($1,125) plus GST for a total amount due of $1,237.50
WHS (Workplace Health & Safety)
GA Global Partners LLC advises all purchasers that certain machinery and equipment being sold at this auction should be subjected to an operational risk assessment conducted by the purchaser prior to any use, and if required, such machinery and equipment should be brought to a condition which complies with all relevant State Legislation, Regulations and applicable Codes of Practice. Auctioneer will provide relevant Plant Hazard Reports.
All Tradespersons, Movers, Electricians, Plumbers and all other relevant personnel operate at their own risk and will be required to produce all relevant licensing and insurance documentation prior to commencing any work on site. All work carried out on this site must be performed in a manner compliant with current Workplace Health & Safety legislation.
All power tools and equipment used on site must be tested (tagged) safe for use in accordance with AS3760 service testing and inspection of electrical equipment.
